Sheriff’s Report

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS:

Unless stated, no injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was over $1500.00.

12/19/2025:

Kylee D. Hasten, Griggsville; was North Bound on Il 107/CR 410N and left the roadway, striking a road sign and came to rest upside down in a ravine on the east side of the road.

12/20/2025:

Hayden C. Hurley, Mt. Sterling; was driving northbound on Il 107/CR 525N, left the roadway and struck a ditch, coming to rest in a field on the west side of the roadway.

12/21/2025:

A juvenile from Versailles struck a deer on Il 99.
